Hi there,
I can't complete the activation because the region dropdown is empty (for a new number). I tried with several browsers but always the same result.
Can anybody help?

I had to use my job address, and it worked! This is ridiculous but it worked. I changed it back after registration.

figured out a solution after trying for 2 days.
so i used my current address with a short form and the long form of my first name, didn't work, (it's a condo in downtown toronto). however, my girlfriend lives in the next building and it worked for her last week when i signed her up.
i tried every other tricks advised. different browser, clear cache, even different computer. none worked.
then i decided to use my folks' address in markham, worked with the short form of my first name but not the long form.

Definitely not a browser issue.
I've tried Chrome, Firefox, Safari and IE on various versions of Mac OS/X, iOS and Windows on 3 different computers and 1 iPhone.
I'm pretty convinced that there's something related to my data.

No luck, it doesn't work, regardless of the combinations of abbreviations that I try to use, computers, browsers, cache status.
I guess no publicmobile for me. 😞

- turning off any popup/ad blocker, and
- if you have long name(s) shorten them.

Have you tried different browser?
It seems right now, alot of people trying to catch the promotion before it ends so it's most likely over loading the system.

This is a known issue.
The recommended fix is to clear your browser's cache and try again.
