Hi there,
I selected a plan today and set it to change upon my renewal date. However, I changed my mind a moment later and cancelled the change. After that, I just can't choose another plan anymore. The page is stuck at the "loading" phase. Please see attached screenshot for more info. Thanks for helping.

Thank you @Handy1 and @hTideGnow for your help. I guess I will just wait for a few days before approaching the plan change again.

@hTideGnow Oh ok Ty for clarification on that , sorry @moodbear5153 i was unaware there was even a issue with plan changes

hi @moodbear5153 PM confirmed there is a problem with plan change. Maybe try back in couple days??

Yes, I downloaded the app and created an ID. The issue still persists and here's a screenshot from my mobile.

@moodbear5153 Have you down loaded the new Public mobile app yet and created a eversafe ID yet ? If not you may have to do that first then signing in and changing plans should work for you

Thanks for your prompt response. I tried logging in from my Chromebook under Incognito mode, still no avail. Also, I cleared the cache too.

@moodbear5153 Try again incognito private mode or even with a lap top or computer if possible
