Hii so I’m trying to change my mom’s phone plan but we can’t remember what email the account is made on therefore I can’t login and change the plan. What do I do?

click on the question mark chat bubble to the bottom right of your screen
type "locked out of self serve"
(use the chat bubble options, then click "submit a ticket, click me" option)
make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a response
Moderators are available from Monday to Friday from 8AM to Midnight EST and from Saturday and Sunday from 8AM to 10PM EST
