I'm trying to call a Canada number while I'm roaming here in the US and i get a message saying I need a roaming plan. However I have tons of international minutes on my account (see below), so why isn't it going through?

Unfortunately you are one of thousands of people that have asked this same question. It would be very easy for Public Mobile to clarify that these minutes have to be used when calling from Canada.🇨🇦

Internation minutes are used to make calls FROM Canada to other countries, they are not to be used when you are in US
To use service in US, you need one of the roaming addon. To make calls, you need at least Roaming Talk/Text addon or the bundle. Also for making calls, better to use it with a VoLTE whitelisted phone with PM (like iPhone, or Samsung S22 or above)
