Can't add US roaming add-on

I tried to purchase a $20 US roaming add on. I couldn't log into my account due to the website being down and tried to do it by calling *611. When I called and tried to confirm the add on, I would get an error message. Does anyone know if there is a number for a human customer support agent? I need to use the add on immediately, so any contact option that takes a few days for someone to respond will not be useful. Thanks!

Do you have your 4 digit account pin?

How far in did you get? You do still need the old way of purchasing add-ons. Add money, buy add-on. You can buy vouchers online from recharge.com and enter them in 611 to add the money. Then you can buy the roaming add-on.

Did you also try using your registered credit card to add the money?

@quarterfarthing sorry, PM support is all online , the only way is to open ticket wirh them.  Hopefully with issue today, they will respond quicker.
