I am trying to activate my subscription but an error comes up on step 6 of 6 saying "subscription not activated" and to contact customer support. When I go through the chat bot, it suggests I submit a ticket. I filled out all fields in the ticket form, but the button to sumit the ticket it greyed out. Going back to the chat bot, it suggested I clear cache and cookies or try a different browser. I have tried all of that and even did all of these steps on a different phone but I'm having the same issues. I can't reach customer service and I'm going around in circles.

Yes, I uninstalled/reinstalled the app and restarted the phone. I am now messaging the CS_agent. Thank you.

did you try reboot the phone then use PM app again and maybe it can complete the activation that way

don't use chatbot to open ticket, you can message them
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
