I have been having this same problem for quite awhile now. I have to log in on the website everytime. id like to know what the issue is too

Clear the cache on your browser before login to your account. See if that helped.

so, you can login via website but not app?  you need to ask PM to check and confirm what was wrong

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:
