Can't activate new ported number stuck on step 6 !!

I have tried everything but I'll it says is activation failed ! And won't let me do anything.. tried contacting customer support and no agents available and kicks me out!  Not a good start with public mobile switching from Telus.  Grrrr

Thanks I’ll trade a ticket.  I’m using a physical sim.  Just stuck on Subscription not activated” screen and won’t let me do anything in the app. Customer service is useless.  So maybe setting up sticker will help.

are you setting  up with Physical sim or esim?

sometimes this error just a problem with the esim setup or installation

but put in a ticket with PM support agent first, they will check and advise.  Message them here:
