I have tried everything but I'll it says is activation failed ! And won't let me do anything.. tried contacting customer support and no agents available and kicks me out! Not a good start with public mobile switching from Telus. Grrrr
Thanks I’ll trade a ticket. I’m using a physical sim. Just stuck on Subscription not activated” screen and won’t let me do anything in the app. Customer service is useless. So maybe setting up sticker will help.
