Second account with different phone number doesn't show when I log in using my email

I pay for an account for my mother-in-law.  She's 95  and  can no longer use the mobile phone.  I want to cancel that number but when I log in, it only gives me my account.  How do I manage the account with her number.  My email and credit card are associated with her account.

PM system is one email can manage one account only.  If you have two accounts, you will need to setup two login with different email addresses

my guess is the 2nd account was not setup with any login yet.  You will need to ask support agent to help.
