Hello i am a customer with public mobile since more then 7years with two lines.
xxx-xxx.xxxx and xxx-xxx.xxxx
I want to switch one line (xxx-xxx.xxxx) from 15 /month unlimited canda call to 23/Month 10GB but my application does not allow me.
please can u help me in this

Hence i am based in quebec this is a good point.
will think to quit publicmobile for few months and will get back to you. Unless other providers has something similar

@Eliedaou , the $23/10GB plan is only available to new activations so it is not available to existing customers.

that is a Quebec only plan and for new activation only. Sorry, you cannot change to that one from an existing account
