I bought a physical SIM. but it won't let me activate because I said I am using a eSIM but found out afterwards that my phone is not eSIM compatible. I just want to activate with a physical SIM

you already activated a plan? you choose esim and went through the activation but cannot complete because of the esim incompatible error?
if you have a physical sim now, then just message PM support agent and they can switch it to physical sim for you

@Eddie23 since the account cannot be activated, you would need to contact public mobile for assistance.
