I just signed up for 4G CAN/US before flying from canada to US this morning and I am trying to activate my eSIM on iPhone 11.
I scanned the image in my activation email but get a message ‘unable to activate esim’.
my account portal says it’s activated
i am receiving text messages
I tried to make a call and got a message ‘last line no longer available. Do you want to call using your remaining Line’
when I go into cellular, it shows Network Selection: AT&T. Voice and data LTE.
I ALSO have service with Bell but turned it off to activate my Public Mobile line but not working.
help please.

Ahh, the old ‘shut down and reboot’ trick! I should have done that in the first place.

hi @tardan
so, you see the PM esim on your iPhone? if you see it there, just a setup problem
if you have another physical sim , remove it. Or turn off the other carrier sim if it is esim
and make sure PM esim is set as Primary and "turn on this line" is on. Also, reboot the phone and try Reset network settings
