Lost phone, can't log into account because verification code is being sent to lost phone. How can I change the code delivery to my email. When I click resend code the only options are text or voice message.

No i wasn't. I kept clicking a d redoing untill I started getting error message.

Try tapping "resend code" a few times.
The option to send to e-mail should eventually be provided.
To seek customer support assistance, send a private message to Customer Support Agent by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
