I have 1 GB data per month in my plan
As I look through my usage, there is about 10 MB used.
When I try to access data to use google, I am informed that I can't because my network is not connected. When I try to connect, Public Mobile says I can't and gives about 5 reasons. None of the reasons are true. I have tried reset the SIM card. Still doesn't work.
Any ideas?

I know it's a big pain but you could always do a hard reset on your phone.

1. Enable date on your phone.
2. Turn off your phone and wait 1 minute
3. Restart your phone and let your PM SIM card to configure your APN settings.
Report your result.

What's the reason it gives you?
What phone do you have?
Android or iPhone?
If it's android..check the APN settings.

What is make and model of your phone?
What kind of message do you get?
Can you reset network settings?
