I'm trying to set up a new sim card and activate my husband's phone, a code was sent to his phone but the darn phone needs to be active. What a rigmaroar, how else do I get that dam code?
I am so frustrated with this company as nothing and I mean nothing works the way they said it would and can't talk to anyone, takes forever to resolve issues.

try to insert the PM sim into the phone and try. Once it connects to PM network, PM can send the code to the phone
Also, you need to use the app to complete the activation step, are you using it?
if you are using the app already, try uninstall and reinstall and login
last, if you still cannot login because of the code or other problem, , submit a ticket with CS agent:
