I can't log in to my account as I don't have my phone, it was broken and I have no access to it.

@gdubs13 no it asked for my email code and the phone number code, with no option it just says "resend code"
Then you need to contact customer service as @hTideGnow suggested. You need to be logged in to this community for the link to work, which you must be if you are able to post here.

Just login in the PM website and have the 2 FA code sent to your email to access your account.
But you don’t need to access your account if you have a broken phone. Just pop out the SIM from the old phone and place it in your new phone.

If you know your email + password to your account, you can access through the WEB page at the top "My Account" , as a 2nd factor chose other option (and it will send you code to the email instead of mobile phone).

@gdubs13 When you get to where you are supposed to enter the code to send to your phone, tap "didn't get the code" to get the email option. That's assuming you are able to access the website on another device over wifi.
