Hi seen there a better plan and I can't seem to get someone to help me get it and it ends today

What is your current plan?

What is your desired plan?

When you check your "Change Subscription", would you by chance have a plan available that is both cheaper than your current plan and your desired plan?

If so, one possible workaround may be to change to the cheaper plan whereupon the desired plan may then become available to you to change to afterwards. I  stress the words "possible" and "may" because YMMV.

Unfortunately, this strategy takes several steps and if you change plans immediately instead of upon renewal, you end up wasting the money that you paid on the change.

When you originally signed up you picked a plan no? So you activate the sim card based on that plan.

Why I just get my sim card and then seen it

which one? the $29 - 20 GB?  sorry, this is pretty much a new activation only plan at the moment.

and you can only change to plans show up on your My Account, Change Subscription page.  If you don't see the plan there, you cannot change to it.  Many tried to ask PM to help, but they got declined.
