Can't Access my account to Delete my subscription

I am trying to delete my subscription to stop payments from geting taken for a number I don't use or have access to. I was never able to get this number working on my old phone so I bought a new one and forgot about this one. I came on here to stop the payments but to manage my account, it requests a code that gets sent to the number associated to this account. However, I don''t even remember the number and nor do I have access to it. The payments are actualy getting taken froma friends card who was trying to help when my old phone wasn't working. Please help me get rid of this account and stop the payments.

You may be able to have the code sent via email, check for the 'Didn't get code' link below the request for a code when logging in. Otherwise contact support for help.

@alaska22 you won't be able to open ticket using Chatbot without a My Account login and you need to message CS_agent directly

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there

@alaska22   You can open a ticket using the orange chat bubble and have a PM Member look into this for you. You will need to remember some details in order for them to delete the acct for you. Hope this helps.
