Hi folks,
So I set up an account for a friend and they gave me an incorrect email address by accident(they are not very tech savvy, unfortunately.). I created the account without knowing this and on top of that the password I created doesn't seem to work and since the email is not accessible since it was not the correct address there is no way for me to reset the password to get access and change the email to the correct one. I do have the pin that was used to create the account. What are my options here? Is this something a Mod can help me with if I submit a ticket?

@Ramsay1 yes, if you are unable to figure out the email address used , forgot password won't work and contacting mod is the way to go:
(After you open a ticket with mod, please monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right. Mod will communicate with you via messaging within Community)
1. For faster response (2 to 48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right corner and request moderator assistance, or you can also use this direct link instead https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click on "Contact Us", click on "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket" then Follow the prompts to submit a ticket.
