Can not make phone calls after renewal

Hi, my account just renewed and I notice I can't make calls.  It's says I don't have the add on.  I tried to send a private message to a Mod but it says I have reached my limit if private message.  My last private message was in February.  Can a Mod please help?

EVERYONE AFFECTED:  I just heard from the moderators that this was an outage and should be resolved now.  Could you please try again?  If still not working, try rebooting your phone and test again

Yes, I get a message when I press send that I've reached my limit.  I don't think I've been that muck of a pain, lol

Post your area code in the trending thread and see if we can figure out a pattern of this outage...

It’s speculation there’s an outage. No estimated time to repair as no one knows how to get in touch with PM technical. Check back often and check your phone’s outgoing calls regularly.

This must be a major outage.  Lots of reports of outgoing calls not working (including mine).  Hope they get it fixed soon.

There appears to be a very broad issue affecting many of us, unable to make local calls.  suspect that is your issue as well.  not sure why your PM isn't working.  you tried Moderator_team?
