Can not call anyone

Hello eveyone, first i would like to start with , i deposit money in my account today (60$) , also it shows 0$ amount due , despite everything still i can not call anyone or text , additonaly it says next renewial is 29 agu. How can i buy a plan right now to use  please can some one help me

@Tamimalnaser  Where did you purchase the phone from? Might not be compatible if the sim is working in another phone without any issues must be missing the 3G bands

Network reset first.

If that does not work, factory reset of phone (make sure to back up information)

Your phone should be compatible with Public mobile.

Did you port a number from another company or activate a new number?  Does your data work?  

 

You could try your PM SIM card in another phone to determine whether it is a hardware issue versus PM service problem.

Could it be something with your settings in your phone?? I don't know...

I suggest you to write a message to the moderator for more help here..https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 and explain with details what happened. Waiting time is few hours to 2 days...good luck.

Strange...did you try different number? With or without the 1 in the beginning...just to try???? Do you have a message that say that you don't have any plan for call or long-distance???

yes, @paryse's phone is not unlocked, I recommended to get it checked and unlocked if possible.
