US Roaming-Unlimited talk/Txt

i bought the add on $15 for US Roaming - unlimited talk/txt -- i am traveling to US MN --- text seem to be working fine but unable to make out call or receive call.

Please help

@chandara  Possibly your phone needs a 3G network, which the USA has shut down so if your phone is not VoLTE capable and enabled then voice calls will only work on T-Mobile's 2G.  Maybe try connecting to T-Mobile and see if it will work.  Edited to add, and yes as @Chalupa_Batman  said, make sure data roaming is turned on.

You have to first make sure your phone is VoLTE enabled. Then go into your network settings and turn off automatic and pick T-Mobile. Then make sure Data Roaming is turned on. Then reboot. Should be up and running in Minni.
