Voicemail

Cannot connect to voicemail unless I dial my own number each time. The call voicemail function does not work. Failed call.

Did you ever set up your voice mail using your mobile phone?

Very first time setting has to be done through your mobile phone and any other maintenance can be done either through mobile or calling access number from any phone.

If vmail is properly set up and your phone shows access number ending with 4001/2 as access to your vmail then you should be able to press '1' and access vmail.

You mean when you long press the number 1 on your phone keypad it does not go to voicemail?

Check the voicemail number associated with that function to see if it ends in 4001.
