Hi
i don't understand how i can have an email account with public mobile but no phone account give i gave a phone and make monthly payments to public mobile. Is there anyway i can get everything created and linked together so they all work? Or is that a bridge to far?

Have you tried @hairbag1 suggestion re: Forgot Password? What results? Can you confirm you previously could access your account?

Your email account is your username for self service. Try logging in. If you forgot your password try the Forgot password link.
