Can No Longer Access Email

My daughter is unable to get into her Public account as the email address she used to sign up with Public she can no longer access. She is needing to update her payment information so she can continfue to use her Public

Dial 1-855-4PUBLIC and enter her number and resume AutoPay or enter new CC or voucher number.

I've had really good success with sending private messages to @CS_Agent - they've been very helpful.

Compose a new message to @CS_Agent  and maybe they will be able to change her email address on her profile.

Make sure you enter the correct email you signed up with; Try going to your email address and see if Public Mobile sends you a welcome letter or something; if so, that means you have the correct email, otherwise you may have made a typo.

but is her phone service working and can receive 2FA?  if so, if she remember the password, she can still use that email address (which is just an login id)  to login 

if not, please message support for assistance

If she knows her 4 digit account pin then she can dial 611 and use her credit card.
She can buy vouchers in lots of stores or online and dial 611 to enter them and not need the account pin.
She can use the real time payments method in some stores.
Then her account would reactivate and the sms method can be used to login.
Then she can go to the manage eversafe id to change the email address there.

When you sign in to EverSafe, it will give you an option to send a 6 digit text to her phone. Try that route.

If that doesn't work, reach out to customer service via the website if you're able to log into EverSafe.

If THAT option isn't available, another option is to go to local store that sells Public Mobile vouchers and they you could dial 611 on the phone to make a payment via vouchers.
