Can I transfer from SIM card to E-sim?

Cheetah75

Hi I am a new customer and paid for my new service and Sim card 2 days ago. I just saw that my phone can use a E-sim. Is it possible to get the E-sim still since it was free?

And of course I paid for my new service and with the Canada Post strike+The Holidays rush who knows when I will actually receive the SIM card in the mail... I don't want to have only a few days/or a week only left to the subscription I paid for 2 days ago...

Please help me 🙏 🙏 🙏

Thanks in advance

@Cheetah75

rest assured...your new Public Mobile account isn't actually activated until you do so. Your 30 days haven't started yet...not until you successfully activate the new account.
