Which retailer did you purchase it from? That way we can determine if it's an immediately loadable voucher or not?

@annella40 Just keep trying every hour and it will eventually work. If it's still a problem by the end of day submit a ticket to PM with the voucher PIN and ask them to enter it for you.
To submit a ticket hit the ? bottom right of your screen and type mod.

@annella40 some vouchers take up to a day to become active. You can also use the one time payment option in your self service account to enter it.
The code is usually a 12 digit number on the receipt.
@darlicious has a voucher catalogue https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Paying-for-your-service/Voucher-Catalogue/m-p/479165#... . Stay safe.

It can take up to 24 hours for the voucher to be activated.
You could either make a manual payment in your self serve account or use ding.com or recharge.com but there is a service charge.

@annella40 Dial 611 and select the 500 minute add-on for $5. Pleas note that you must have the funds in your account or a credit card on file to be able to purchase an add-on.

@annella40 It will be much easier to do it online. If you just need to add minutes to your existing plan, you have to go Add On, to find the $5 for 500 minutes. You can then process the payment online.

Yes @annella40 you can use 611 to apply payment. By top up your minutes, do you mean buy an add on? You should only have to top up if you are on a limited minutes $10 or $15 plan. If you are on $25 or up current plan, you have unlimited cycle calling and shouldn't need to top up. What plan are you on? Thanks.
Using 611 to make your payment: ( you need your 4 digit pin to buy an add on)
1. press 1 to make payment
2. press 2 credit card ( or 1 voucher)
Here's a link to using 611 https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Self-Serve/611-IVR-Menu-System/m-p/289352/highlight/t...
