You could change to a plan with more data to reduce chance of running out next time. How many days left did you have remaining? It was very early running out, I would take a plan with more. No need to wait for mod that way. Think carefully about doing that if your plan is not still available for new customers or you won't be able to get the old plan back.

@jackjacobedward you could buy the add-on. If you don't use it all, it doesn't expire. Renewing your plan early can sometimes cause problems with your awards/credits, which can be fixed, but would take time going back and forth with the mods.

If you do so before your renewal date you will loose the rewards for this month ..if you have some and what is in your plan... the next renewal date will change...It's not a good idea to do it before. Make your calculation..

Yes, if you like you can add additional funds to your account, and then message a Moderator to start your next pay period early:

Early renewal requires moderator intervention. Ask a moderator (Can take up to 48 hrs, 1 message at a time).
