To port number from old to new provider:
- both accounts have to be active
- keep old SIM in your phone
- initiate transfer
- reply YES within 90 minutes after receiving SMS
- put PM SIM into phone
- if not immediately then soon you will have your old number active with PM service

@DANNYL1 Did you receive a text message on your old sim to authorize the port out request? You must reply to this text message within 90 mins to complete the number transfer.
