@Priority  Correct . So long as your plan is still available you can always switch back to it (subscribe )

If you change your subscription, you'll only be able to change it to the currently available Subscriptions if you ever want to go back to your old plan in the future, so it might not be possible. 

For example say your on the $30 for 3GB, and you change to the $39 for 20GB, you won't be able to change back to the $30 • 3GB in the future since it's a Plan no longer being offered. 

If you schedule a Plan change, you'll have anytime in-between the time you scheduled the change and your next renewal date to cancel it if you change your mind.

@Djm585  You can if it’s still available just make plan change for next renewal and not immediately or you lose $ on your current cycle

if it is a grandfathered, retired plan, then sorry, you cannnot change back
