I just purchased a 3 GB data add-on. I didn't realize it expires in 30 days. I am leaving Canada soon and I cannot use this data in 30 days. Can I cancel the purchase?

@Polyian1 they usually reply within an hour or two. Worst case, if you don't hear anything in couple hours, message them again . But remember to check Community inbox for their reply

PM is a prepaid provider and usually do not provide refund
However, if it was an honest mistake, they might be able to help and reverse the transaction, please engage them here
