I Set up a new Public Mobile account an hour ago, but cannot transfer my number as i made a typo. i am trying to get some help and am unsuccessful - I haven’t been able to get the support I need from Public Mobile online support to understand and fix this problem. Can’t submit a ticket as all codes are sent to the wrong number. reasons- Leaves me with no options other than cancel my account and look for a different provider.

hi @Einaty-paz no need to cancel , there is a porting assistant group you can call. I will send you the number to your community inbox. Call them and they can update the correct info and resubmit the port
