Can I add on two 1 GB USA roaming data?

I'm in the states and used up my 1GB in less than the 10 day expiry. Am I able to add on another 1GB for the rest of my trip? Thanks!

Unfortunately you can't OP, it's a total PITA, but it is what it is.

You can't stack/add the same US add-on before its expiry date, but you can choose a different data add-on to add to your plan i.e. US Roaming -500MB data ($15)

You must wait until the first add-on expires before you can add the same one again, as they cannot be stacked.  However, I believe you can buy any of the other add-ons that include U.S. data, other than the 1GB option, though they won't be as good in terms of pricing.
