My data did not work last month, kept on saying under multiple choice it was either suspended or run out or.

Also, I just added credit to my account and it automatically rolled over the  same plan from last month, it did not ask what I wanted to do, I need this reversed please and I want to change to a custom plan.

Also, as my data did not work last month, I am sure you can see this, could I get it refunded, and put onto my current months plan please, I went back to london drugs and all they said was reboot your phone etc, I even bought a new phone ( I needed a new one anyway)

 I hope  you can help

@dougie1973, it is possible your data wasn't working because the APN settings on your phone was not set up.  Please check against the information on this site.

@dougie1973 Once an account is suspended you (yourself) cannot reactivate on a different plan.  You can only renew the existing plan.  However, the moderators CAN change a plan that is suspended.  Since you also need to ask about your data for last month, at the same time ask the moderators about changing your current plan.  If it is early in the cycle, you should be able to only pay the difference (or get a credit for the difference).  Contact the moderators as indicated in @RobertQc 's post.

Sorry you are having trouble 😞 usually as this is a prepaid service its unlikley you will get a refund but you can try, in this case it sounds like you deserve it and it was a mistake so maybe they will be nice to you 🙂

When interacting with the moderator team, it is important to identify yourself with account PIN code, phone number / account number and provide as much information about the problem in question as possible so that the moderator team can work on the issue without having to ask for further information.  Each interaction causes further delays to problem resolution. 

 

I know it can be a little frustrating to wait but they will get back to you asoon as they can between Monday-Friday 9am-9pm (EDT) and Saturday-Sunday 9AM-7:30PM (EDT). It typically should be within 48 hours.
