I switched to a new plan today and now everything is working but I can't call out? Says I'm not connected? Also incoming calls all say Private caller now? I tried restarting phone but still no luck.

What is the make and model of your phone if you don’t know how to Reset the Network Settings?

Yes I just switched plans. Also trying to submit a ticket but keep getting a 404 error?

Toggle airplane mode on, then off.
You could also try a network reset of phone. This would erase any saved Wifi password settings.
If still not working, you will need to contact customer service agent. Either via ticketing or private messaging.

you just change plan and not new activation, right?
try your sim card in another phone. Also try Reset all networks
