2 weeks ago my phone started having issues with calling. When I try to call a number (I've tried several different numbers) it never connects, there is no dial tone, and after about 30 seconds it just ends the call. I also discovered the other day that when people try to call me it does not go through.
I can still send and receive texts, and use data. I have tried reseting my network settings, clearing my memory cashe, removing and cleaning my sim card, I even did a factory reset, but the problem has persisted. I also checked my plan to make sure there were no issues there but everything seems normal there.
The strangest thing is I tried to show a coworker the issue I was having and that time the call actually went through, I tried again on my lunch break and the call went through. But when I got home from work I tried a 3rd time and the call failed like I has been the past couple weeks.

I have a Galaxy A52 that I got right around 2 years ago, if I get access to another phone or SIM I will give those troubleshooting methods a try.

@JesseC - So you are having bad calls at your home? Please check if it is a different tower it is connected to from your work or home (I enabled all of PM's default partners for network - TELUS - Bell and SaskTel.) https://www.ertyu.org/steven_nikkel/cancellsites.html?lat=55.875311&lng=-103.403320&zoom=4&type=Road...
But please contact an agent about this issue you are experiencing. They will get back to you tomorrow at the earliest:

what phone is that? brand or model?
wonder if it is a device problem. did you try your PM sim card in another phone?
also, try to borrow an active Telus/Koodo/PM sim card and test on your phone and see if the result is the same
