Phone calls go directly to voicemail. All other phone features work and I can call out now problem. Phone plan is up to date and paid. Started happening today.

Was your number port completed successfully? Is the old service no longer functional? If the number port was not completed, the old service might still be functional and calls are routing to the voicemail at the old service.

I am not an iPhone user so I am not at all familiar with the menus. Try looking up the call forwarding option for the dialer and see if the forwarding has been set to have calls go to voicemail.

iPhone or android? Check that you don’t have focus activated and check any other incoming call settings.

@Lblaine & @jch1 Try moving your SIM to another phone and then back. Almost seems this issue is becoming a trend as another customer also reported something similar and said using the SIM in another phone temporarily and back resolved it for them.

Just started this morning. Phone and service has been working fine for the last couple years.

@Lblaine , is this a new activation involving a number port or is this an existing account for which this problem occurred out of nowhere?
