missing free plan data

I noticed that my plan $ 15 , is not showing my  renewal data per month  ( 250 MB per 30 days at 3G speed ) now in my total package. Has there been a change ?

It seems to be taking it from one of my add ons.

@tq  - turn off your data option on your phone, and only turn it on when required. This will stop your addon from being eaten up.

250mb can be used up quickly depending on how you have your settings on your device and how often you are in / out wifi. Even in wifi areas, data can be consumed unless you can tighten down background data and other things that can use data when wifi signals are no sufficient.

If you don’t see the 250mb of data in your My Data & Add-ons section. That means you used up your 250mb of data.

Now it will start eating from your bonus 2gb data.

Check when is your renewal data with your 250mb of data to be added into your account.

You will chew through that amount of data pretty quick, sometimes inadvertently

HI @tq   Check the usage page in My Account.  Check from the first date of your cycle, the web traffic shows there should added up to more than 250Mb.

It is still there. Maybe you used it up fast. It could happen if you leave DATA on by accident.

There have been no recent changes to the $15 plan.  250MB isn't a lot of data.  Is it possible that you've already used it up?
