I noticed that my plan $ 15 , is not showing my renewal data per month ( 250 MB per 30 days at 3G speed ) now in my total package. Has there been a change ?It seems to be taking it from one of my add ons.
my plan of 250 GB per month is usually reset to start again every month after payment It seems to have not been done. It could of been missed last month too but not sure.
I have Customer Service looking into it. I am not concerned about the amount of data ( 152 MB used ) out of 250 MB allotted each month on renewal but more why it has not reset . I know i used 137 MB on Jan 14, 2021 I do have lots of add-on data to us...

I seem to be having "data not being reset" for months. I may have been reset once but it is not consistent. I have the $15 autopay plan and I hardly use my 250 MB each month.I will try the PM moderator link. I did try the avator and it sent me here
