I am unable to access my account. I have requested a password reset and not received a response.

While waiting for a CS Agent, I followed your suggestion and purchased a voucher from https://www.recharge.com/en/ca/public-mobile and everything is back up. Once an agent calls/chats I will jet need to get the account reset.

You can buy vouchers or use instant top up to reactivate. Dial 611 to enter vouchers.

@vgiesbrecht You will need to wait until PM CSA Agent reaches out to you and they will be able to get your account password reset.

Yes. I have checked my spam folder. Support ticket created. My CC is expired and failed to update the account. Now locked out.

@vgiesbrecht - have you checked your spam/junk email folder?
Have you ever created a self serve account before, if not you can register for one here:
https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
If you have created an account before, have you been active within 90 days, as after 90 days your account, phone and self serve access is gone.
Try opening a tab in incognito mode and use the Forgot you password option, not sure if that will help, but worth a try.

Go to Chat with Public Mobile (tiia.ai) and after you go to the page in that link, type in something similar to "forgot self serve password".
