Calls cutting out

I'm not sure why but everytime I talk to someone on the phone the call always gets disconnected for some reason. I'm pretty sure it's in on my side, so I was just curious why it's doing that.

It's in and either I call on the road through Bluetooth or at home when my phone is connected to wifi. I have an android phone. It only started the last month or so. I'm not sure if PM updated something on there side that it happens?

@hairbag1  I have voLTE and this happens to me often too not sure why but I truly believe it has to do with Telus prioritizing themselves and Koodo over PM when network congestion is at max levels . I know many will so no that’s not the case but why so many come here with very same issues

HI@Josh9299

no, this is not normal, my voice calls are good

do you get the same issue on a particular location?  try in different area

and what phone you have?  iPhone or Android?

Test if it is an VoLTE problem.  Change the network mode to 3G and make some calls and test.  Maybe it is a VoLTE issue.  If it is , then ask PM CS agent to further look into it,maybe refresh your VoLTE settings on the server

please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

@Josh9299

PM recently enabled VOLTE for many phones..but not all. Can you make sure if it's enabled on yours..turn off wifi and make a call...see if the call drops to 3G or stays on LTE. If it drops to 3G, that would indicate VOLTE isn't enabled yet.
