Calls are getting cut randomly

Hi,

My calls are getting cut every 1-10 minutes, and this is getting frustrating!

I restarted my phone and the issue is still there. I have signal also.

I have also paid my monthly bill.

Have you checked your sim card hasn't come loose?

Reboot phone?

Are you in an area with good signal?

I am in the U.S. with a roaming add-on. Calls are cutting out every half minute or so. Any suggestions about what to do? Very frustrating. Never had this before.

Check this Telus outage map and see if there is a local outage affecting service.  I doubt that it is a SIM card problem.  They are very reliable.

So are you in the GTA area?

This hasn't happened with any other provider, this is the first time it has happened. Calls don't get cut off if I'm receiving calls.

Are you in the GTA area? Our users have reported problems with the network over the last couple hours

Hi, I presume that it might be an issue with your SIM card or your device. Did this happen when you were with a different service provider? Also, if you haven't done so yet, DM @CS_Agent and see if they have any diagnostics on your situation and if there's anything they can do to help.

Something you can also try is, if your Network Mode is set to 4G/LTE, try switching it to 3G and see if that helps at all.

Cheers!
