My subscription is supposed to have Unlimited Canada-U.S wide minutes, but my calls aren't working. Anytime I go to dial a number it automatically disconnects before beginning. Numbers that are stored in my phone and worked fine in Canada.
My data is working because I have 50 gigs within Canada and the U.S, but no calls.
Anyone got some information on this?

hi @Scherzoh s9 not on the whitelist and hence voice might not work. Only way to try is to set network mode to 2G and connect to T-Mobile and hope it works
if not , you will have to all using VOIP app TextNow using mobile data

@Scherzoh Galaxy S9 is not VoLTE approved by PM so your best bet is to try connecting to T-Mobile on their 2G network. Unfortunately that is being shutdown so there may not be much left. The US networks shut down all 3G in 2022 so all phones now have to be VoLTE approved to work there. Data and texting still work though so you could use a voip app like Fongo for voice calls using the data (and wifi where available). Canada still has 3G for now so not an issue here yet.

hi @Scherzoh what phone do you have. ? only phones that are on PM VoLTE whitelist can use voice in US (but data and text should still work even not on the list)
