Is anyone else getting out of service when calling 1-855-831-8151 from Public Mobile? I get this also from voip.ms phone service. Public mobile is suggesting I perform basic reset and if that does not work purchase a new SIM card.

So that means I, also, should obtain a new SIM as well, since I cannot connect to that number either, that is silly.
I am not sure Andu understands the issue? You may want to go back to them and clarify the issue.

I just tried calling through Fongo and it went through okay.
I also tried calling through my Public Mobile number and it said "the number that you have dialed is not in service". 🤔

I asked someone to call, provider is Eastlink.
It went through successfully to the business' menu.

Have you tried calling from either another cell provider or landline ?
