When I try to call out it says call failed

What phone are you using? If it's not on Public Mobile's VoLTE whitelist, you won't be able to make phone calls unless you can find a T-Mobile 2G tower. Are text and data working?

Manually set it to t-mobile or at&t turn on data roaming also try 4g or 2g
