Call dropping after around 7min

I live in Toronto.

Calls are getting disconnecting every 7 minutes or so. This happens in the downtown streets.

Anyone having the same problem?

This was announced as an issue affecting many customers.  I believe the issue is being addressed in bulk.  You could check with the moderator team to see what they can do to address this problem.  @alamgir99 , which plan do you have?

A lot of people have been reported call issues this week. I think theres been something going on with the cell towers. 

Still, like the previous person said, worth letting a Moderator know:

Depending on how busy they are, it might take up to 48 hours to hear back from them.

You should contact the moderators for their consideration. Click the envelope icon on top right side of page. Give them as much account info, like number, name and account number. Good luck.
