I am consistently experiencing dropped calls when I am chatting with someone for more than several minutes. What is happening this needs to be resolved somehow!

Consistently dropping calls after a few minutes is a known and incredibly frustrating issue on the Public Mobile network. In many cases, it is tied to how your device handles VoLTE (Voice over LTE) provisioning on the Telus infrastructure. If a device isn't officially whitelisted by Public Mobile for VoLTE, it may struggle to maintain the connection or fail when trying to fall back to the older network mid-call.
Please review the transaction history in your account dashboard. If your most recent statement shows a $5 3G fallback charge, this suggests that your current device may not be included on Public Mobile's certified VoLTE compatibility list. To resolve consistent connection issues and ensure seamless call quality, we recommend upgrading to an officially approved, VoLTE-capable device.

HI @Meg58
what phone do you have?
check if you phone is on PM's VoLTE whitelist

And also, reboot your phone and reset network settings
