Unreliable service

K I have complained before please add wifi calling to your service becaus regular service idoes not work well. I am in a rural area tried to call my sister 4 times today & service kept dropping call did not even go through. Also when I do connect the call cuts out a lot. Please fix

what phone do you have? is that using VoLTE?

if you really need Wifi Calling, I am afraid you need to go with Koodo instead.  From what we know , none of the Tier 3 carrier is offering Wifi calling

There has been a lot of request for wifi calling on PM. Since PM is the 3rd tier of Telus it only has basic functions.

You need to go to the 2nd tier Koodo or too tier Telus to get wifi calling but plans are more expensive.
