i am trying to set up an account, i already paid for a $25 plan and i have the voucher but it is asking me to select a payment plan and i cant get any farther. the sim card is also not working. thanks

Did you type in the voucher during actuvation? What do you mean couldn't get further? Did you get to the final screen or do you only mean phone service doesn't work?

@lacey assuming you did not get an email from public mobile saying welcome you should start over again using chrome browser with incognito mode on. If it says invalid Sim wait 1 hour and try again
